Nursing Services and Home Care Aides
Home care registered and licensed nurses work to help the patient achieve greater independence by providing the following services:

• Observe and assess patient needs


• Perform skilled nursing procedures, including infusion therapy


• Teach the patient and family members procedures involved in home care and disease management


• Observe and report significant findings to the physician

Physical Therapy
Experienced, licensed home care physical therapists are available to:

• Design and implement physical therapy programs


• Teach strengthening exercises


• Work toward restoring lost mobility


• Assess for physical therapy equipment needs

Speech Therapy
Home care licensed and certified speech and language pathologists help patients with communication disorders through the following services:

• Evaluate, treat and establish ongoing home programs for speech, language and swallowing disorders


• Work with patients and families to achieve the highest functional communication skills
