Free class series for those who have lost a loved one during the past year or those with unresolved loss.
This class is led by a certified grief counselor, and covers several topics, such as “Grief, Loss and Death,” “Feelings Associated with Loss and Death,” “Stages of Grief,” “Rebuilding my Life with Major Adjustments,” “Ways in Which I’ve Changed/Who Am I?” and “Accepting and Letting Go.” Participants can also share their thoughts and feelings about adjustments to their lives since the deaths of their loved ones. Sharing with others who have experienced similar loss may assist you in understanding the normal feelings, emotions and questions that accompany grief.

Diabetes is a complex disease that requires daily self-management. The Sumner Endocrine and Diabetes Center offers a monthly support group featuring guest speakers and special topics to help support people with diabetes and promote a healthy lifestyle. Meets the first Tuesday of each month at 6:30 p.m.
Each person with multiple sclerosis has a unique set of symptoms, and because of this, experiencing MS and caring for MS sufferers can be a constant learning process. This support group allows sufferers, and their friends, families and caregivers to express their needs, questions and fears about MS, as well as share solutions for dealing with MS day to day.
